CLOKE-WHITE — Carrie Cloke and Anthony White were married Sept. 6, 2015, in Manteca, Calif. They are making their home in Vancouver, Wash. Carrie is the daughter of John and Alyson (Wahlen) Cloke. Anthony is the son of Phil and Jan (Zaugg) White.
