Food for the Fast Lane

Join us as we share organic plant-based fast food recipes for a busy life, presented by Stephanie Erick, Judy Hernandez, and Ruth Rogers. We will be using simple but delicious recipes you can recreate with ease at home. Vegan recipe demonstrations, food samples, and tips on how to convert your old favorite recipes into nutritious alternatives by eliminating the oil. The menu includes Basic Granola, Zucchini Brownies, Harvest Loaf/Muffins and Pulled Jackfruit Sandwiches.

As always, our classes are free and samples of the fare will be shared with each guest. We do appreciate any donations you may give to offset the cost of the food.
