Salem Central Holds Cooking School

Twenty-three church members signed up for Salem (Ore.) Central Church plant-based cooking school, which was held in September and October 2019. Subjects covered included how healthy recipes and balanced health principles can aid the reversal and prevention of chronic illness such as inflammation, cancer and diabetes. Many interesting plant-based dishes were sampled and enjoyed.

The presenters are planning to offer the class to the community in the spring of 2020.
