Summer Fiesta Days! with Sandy McCourry Oldaker

FREE Vegan Cooking Class Healthy Dishes with Good Flavor

Sandra McCourry Oldaker is an enthusiastic art teacher. Combining that with her desire for optimum health and tasty food she discovered that creating healthy living vegan dishes is not only fun but can be very easy. During the last 10 years, Sandy and her husband Jerry have been learning about nutrition and the health principles which have transformed their lives.

Together, they have found that eating this way has provided them with lots of energy, clear minds, and helps to keep them fit. So much so that they are excited to share what they have learned and continue to learn through health and cooking programs here in Eugene and in Arizona.

Ready for some summer fun and summer eats? Join Sandy as she demonstrates simple, mouth-watering healthy vegan dishes for your summertime menu.
