Eagle Adventist Christian School and Preschool

The Eagle Adventist Christian Center (EACC) recently received a $15,000 grant through the QRIS (Quality Rating Improvement System) which is a new system to raise the standard of child care in Idaho. The grant has been used for improvement of the outdoor learning environment and in the classroom. EACC is the only National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accredited preschool in Eagle and is one of only a few in the State of Idaho.

Mikayla Creitz is placing an M&M on a straw at the Oct. 24 "Minute-to-Win-It" evening planned by Martha States, Home and School leader, along with a delicious spaghetti dinner prepared by Betty Anderson and her son, Dale. Our Eagle school currently has a total of 47 students: 19 students in preschool under leadership of Jodi Giem; 13 students with Laurie James, teacher, in grades K–2; and Jordan Lindsay, principal, has 15 students in grades 3–8.
