Students in Klamath Falls Off to a Good Start This Year

The school year has started out great for the Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School. Enrollment is up with 15 students starting out the year.

The school has been organized somewhat like a town with a city hall, bank, post office, store, library, printing office and restaurant. Students are excited about this system and have been working hard to make it work well.

In keeping with the town theme, the first field trip was to see how the city of Klamath Falls operates. Jeff Ball, city manager, organized the visit to the City Hall, Planning Department, Police Department, Parks Department, Street Shop and Waste Water Treatment Plant. Each department explained what they do and how they keep the city running smoothly. Several home-school children joined the field trip.
