He’s Alive Television (KHBA) Moves to Channel 39 Many more viewers in Spokane can now watch He’s Alive Television. On Monday, July 24, the transition was made from channel 52 to 39. This move, mandated by the FCC, gives the station a greater presence because they are now in the core spectrum of TV channels and have a higher-power transmitter. Already, many people are receiving a clearer picture, and thousands more are able to watch Christian programming for the first time. The Spokane area has a potential viewing audience of 500,000 people. He’s Alive Television is locally owned and operated by eight local Spokane churches. KHBA rebroadcasts 3ABN and local programming and has been in operation for more than 12 years.
