Disaster Preparedness Class

Disaster Preparedness: What will you do? The topic is “Canning and Food Preservation.” In a disaster situation there will likely be a loss of power. What are you going to do to keep the food in your freezer and refrigerator from spoiling before you can eat it all? This class will focus on the basics of food preservation: canning, drying and other methods of extending the shelf life of your food supply.
